anyone suffer headache when taking vitamins?

Usually i suffer migraine and tension headache.. and i have noticed that when i take vitamins get worse... So now im not able to take prenatal vitamins.im 41 and pregnant need to take some supplements i guess...( bit old 😜) not sure what to do... 🤷‍♀️
