IUD question

So I have an hormonal iud, and I have had for a year and a couple of months. When I first got it, I rarely got periods just some spotting here and there and now the passed few months I had a regular period cycle. Should I be worried that I’m a few days late? Or no since technically it’s not common to have regular periods on the iud?
