Every time I go poop and I wipe there is blood. I am 3 Weeks Postpartum as well. This normal? I am no longer having vaginal bleeding.

I'm 4 weeks after giving birth and I still bleed some after pooping. My digestive system is still getting back to usual. It could be that. I am taking a probiotic that's been helping.

Rule of thumb is bright red blood is fine and most likely a hemmoriod which are beyond common with pregnancy . 
If that blood was dark then you’d have a serious problem. 
Trying eating lots of greens maybe take a softener and drinks lots of water. Straining when pooping makes it works. And if you don’t want to spend the money on tucks pads/wipes just buy some witch hazel and put that on your toilet paper when you are done wiping and pat on the area. It will give you some relief.

Did you have stitches from front to back? It could be pulling the stitches.

Could be hemroids. If it hurts when you poop, then that's probably it. If so, you can drink lots of water, take Colace, and use Tucks pads. The bleeding should stop within a couple of days, but could take a couple of weeks for the hemroid to heal all the way.
