Time to get back in shape... help?!?

Alright. It’s tone to face the music and get back to some semblance of a workout routine. I’ve started working on my diet and this is the next step.

I really want to try losing weight/ toning with weights, as opposed to heavy cardio( which is my usual go-to) Does anyone know any instas or blogs, any type of instruction for newbies like me?

This has been a huge thing for me to try to decide on, as my self esteem is admittedly very low. Thanks in advance for any support and advice 💜
