is it okay to take melatonin while pregnant? I’m 6 weeks today, and I was taking it all before I knew I was pregnant and I’ve only known for about a week now.. the bottle says 5mg per serving and the serving size is 2 gummies.. I’ve been taking half of 1 since I found out I was pregnant..
