Started TTC last year after we got married, in June had a chemical pregnancy, Dec had a missed miscarriage, and this June found out we were pregnant again. HCG was rising nicely, but at my 8 week appointment yesterday, found out baby had a heartbeat but was an ectopic pregnancy so I had to have an emergency surgery and took my left tube as well.

Falling pregnant and the chance of having a successful pregnancy just seems so slim and far away now... 😢

If anyone has any nice stories, I would love to hear...
