Can't Sleep!!! 😳😬 22+5

Every month the night before my doctor's appointment I'm never able to sleep! It's 6:30 am right now, I can see the sun starting to rise 🌅 and I haven't slept a bit. 🤯 Up thinking about my baby girl and praying for continued great news at (todays) appointment. Each doctor visit has been great so far (thank god🙏🙌🏽) but I still get anxious before doctor visit. So excited to get to see her today. Fingers🤞🏽 crossed she's turned over so they can complete anatomy scan we started last month.
