Have you used the sneak peek home gender test and is it accurate?

I did it and it came back girl but baby was hiding the goods at the anatomy scan today so don’t know for sure.  My insurance doesn’t cover genetic testing at all so this was the more affordable option for my impatient brain. I’ll know for sure in about 5 months.

Mine was accurate. Said I’m having a boy and my NIPT confirmed it. 
It’s really not a waste of money. If it’s wrong they reimburse you after the baby is born.

Do the NIPT in the office. I did it at 12 weeks and it tests for other conditions as well.

I did it at exactly 9 weeks and it came back boy! I am most def having a boy!!

I have done it 3 times now and all 3 times its came back correct.

just ask for the genetic testing from the doctor, its 99% accurate and you get to know if there are any chromosomal abnormalities.

It’s a waste in my opinion. I know two people it was wrong for ( one was a false girl & one false boy ). And then on a mom group I’m in on fb there were 50+ comments from girls saying it was wrong or sneak peek told them they couldn’t read their blood even though it was taken within the weeks they say to do it in. I just had genetics testing done for both my daughters at my ob and was covered both times by insurance, but if it wasn’t covered I only would’ve had to pay $99 since my ob has a contract with the company.
