When did you stop working?

36 weeks on Monday and today was my last day at work. I don’t know how people work past this point. I can barely sleep or get comfortable. I feel so drained. Thankful to be done working for a while!

When my baby comes is when I will stop working 😬.  Let’s just hope I don’t go into labor at work.

Worked until labor was bad enough to head to the hospital. Will do the same with this one unless Dr says otherwise. I don’t have leave to spare beforehand!

Worked til the Thursday before I had my daughter. Had her on a Monday. I had off Fridays for appointments already and since I was induced and knew the exact date my boss told me to have the weekend free before baby.  So I worked right up to birth, 39 weeks

I worked all the way up until I had my son, doing the same this time around too. it's so hard. congrats and enjoy yourself! definitely kick those feet up!

I worked until I was about 4 months pregnant with my son. It was a very difficult pregnancy, in the sense that I was constantly very ill, and I ended up passing out at work (I worked in a nursing home). When I told them I was going to the emergency room to check on my baby and make sure I was okay, they fired me on the spot and told me that if I left I couldn’t come back, after working there for three years. I had a second job, but I was devastated to lose contact with all of the people I cared for. I still am. 
I’m currently 4 months pregnant with our second child, and I’m still working at that second job and will do so until I go into labor, ideally. Much healthier this time around. 😅

Worked right up until the day my water broke🤦🏻‍♀️ The plan was to take a few days off before but that didn’t happen🤷🏻‍♀️
