Anyone have cramps when their bladder is really full?

When I wake up during the night to pee I cramp in my stomach and uterus. After urinating the cramps stop instantly.

Omg yes, it o my just started (I’m 9 weeks.) I’m in so much pain when I wake up with a full bladder. Once I pee I feel SO much better

YES. Especially when I wake up in the night to pee, I’ll wake up with awful cramps and then lee for two minutes straight.

Yes. It’s because the bladder when full, expands and your uterus and bladder are basically fighting for the space. Lol. So they do cause contractions but nothing that in the end will cause delivery. I
