so i had my nexoplanon inserted on may 11th and i had one normal period then i had spotting for about a month maybe longer but never needed to wear a tampon or pad only saw blood when i would wipe after doing #1 and #2 then it stopped and i haven't had a period since but i have been experiencing nausea, headaches, dizziness, and my sense of smell is through the roof so my question is could i be or no i read you can get pregnant on nexoplanon but it would be an ectopic pregnancy so I'm wondering what are the odds of a test coming back positive or is these symptoms just part of the
