Broken blood vessels on face

Anyone else throwing up and dry heaving so bad that you’ve ended up with broken blood vessels on your face? I am 8 weeks 4 days, my constant nausea is getting worse not better. I am now constantly nauseas and instead of throwing up 3-4 times a day, I have now thrown up 10 times before noon!
