they are painful I drink a gallon of water a day if not more. they happen while sitting . they last at least 1 min. they cause me to be short of breath and even put pressure in my butt... this is my third baby..maybe I just dont remember this. I mention to my doctor and he bascaily said "stop doing that"..?

UPDATE.

I get maybe 3 an hour for the past 3 hours. had 5 in an hour last night.
