Finally found something that works!

I have had a lot of issues health wise. Hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, ibs to name a few and physical ones. I have finally found a routine that is letting me lose weight for the first time in a year! I’m almost down five pounds in two weeks, since I got a body analyzer scale. I’ve also been working out 20-60 minutes two to three times a week and eating anywhere between 1700-2100 calories. Since I’m a recovered bulimic, this is pretty huge! I just wanted to share :)
