Tummy gurgles

I can hear my son's tummy gurgling fairly loudly while he is feeding, nursing and bottle, is this normal? He seems to have gas troubles. We try to burp him but he doesn't always burp, but he gets toots and has trouble passing them. I feel bad cause he gets so fussy and he even will have to be in like one position to be okay. 😥
