Perfect room temperature UK?

What would be the perfect room temperature for the room the baby sleeps in? I have googled it but there’s so many different answers...she’s 4 weeks early and I’m scared that she’s going to be either too hot or cold as she’s so little

Im in Germany, my son was 6 weeks early. The room temperature was 21 C. You can tell when they’re cold because of their skin, it looks like marbled. I would put a short sleeved body, a long sleeved onesie, socks and a bit thick sleeping bag. At some point during the summer I stopped putting socks on him for sleeping, and stopped sleeping on the baby sleeping bag and started swaddling him. He would wake up more than usual if he was either too cold or too hot.
