Narcissistic husband?

After 3 years, idk why I’m just learning that this is EXACTLY what is wrong with my husband. I read this article ( https://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/9132548 ) and literally every single one except #3 (he rarely even talks to me anymore) is spot on. Has anyone ever been married to a narcissist? Did you end up leaving or did he ever get help or what happened?

Was married to one for all of 3 months before he started hurting me physically. I finally fought back one night and he called the police on me, lied to them and said I had a weapon, and had me arrested. It was the lowest point in my life.
Thankfully, he grossly overestimated both his own intelligence and my emotional resilience. He thought he had everything figured out about me and that I was right where he wanted me. He continued thinking it up until I took over the divorce proceedings, shut him out financially, and had him fired from his job. He was here illegally from Ireland and needed to stay married to me to get his green card. You can imagine I made sure immigration was fully aware of both his status and intent to commit fraud. He will never be able to gain legal status in this country now.
Being with a malignant narcissist is soul-destroying. You are made to feel like you have lost your mind and everyone knows it. A narcissist’s only goal is to use you as fuel for themselves, and they will stop short of nothing to get what they want. They are incapable of stopping themselves. They do not change. Most therapists refuse to treat them.
Everything you THINK is happening, is happening. Do not ever doubt your experiences with a narcissist. Everything they accuse you of doing is something they have done, will do, or are continuing to do to you. They will cheat. They will position you against another romantic partner repeatedly.
RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU FREAKING CAN. Find a support group of other victims of narcissistic abuse. I personally recommend First Wives World. Having other people validate my experiences was key to recovering from the number that asshole did to me.
The good news is, narcissists are drawn to kind, empathetic people. There is nothing wrong with you for attracting him; if anything, it is quite the opposite. You are wonderful and amazing and that’s why your partner wants to destroy you. That’s how they thrive.

I dated one and it was the worst experience I've had in dating. He was manipulative, a liar and a cheat. He would break up and then make up with me. He wouldn't let me go....constantly coming back and promising to be a good person, he was not. He was like a human vampire. I was emotionally drained and he was always unapologetic. I am now with an emotionally stable man and I am happy to be away from him. Please be careful...it is easy to get sucked back in. Toxic situation

I just found out im married to a narc after nearly 7 years together! he's a covert narc (yours is probably too) so they're a bit harder to spot. plus he's superficially "nice" so you wouldn't suspect anything unusually until well after you're hooked into the relationship. we're currently separated and I'm considering making this permanent. what's your situation?
