Can you "feel" a difference with twins?

I have a gut feeling that I'm pregnant with twins that I can't shake! My husband was a twin (twin didn't make it past the first trimester) and they run in his family but rarely.

Can you feel a difference in any symptoms?

When I took a test, the line shown FAST and dark (guessing 3-4 weeks at time of first test).

My boobs are so sore and getting huge at only 8 weeks.

I pee way more than I remember with my first two pregnancies.

Our first appointment isn't until the 25th and I might go crazy before that not knowing!
