So I could just use some advice and support right now or to be told I’m over reacting. My boyfriend went to the bar last night and I just stayed home. When he got home he just went straight to bed with me. I woke up an hour or two later and moved closer to him to cuddle with him. He started playing with me and trying to reach his hand down my pants to finger me. I immediately flipped over and closed my legs to not let him do it again but to also avoid confrontation. He always argues with me when I tell him no and still tries and I wasn’t up for arguing at 4am. After I flipped over I tried to pretend I was asleep but he still tried to rip off my shorts and finger me. He tried taking my shirt off by lifting me up but I still just tried to keep weighed down. This went on for about 20 minutes then he gave up. I just cried the whole time but tried to stay quiet so he thought I was asleep. 15 minutes after he gave up I tried to quietly pull up my pants so he wouldn’t notice. I don’t know what to do or how to feel. Is this considered rape? I didn’t think it was because I never actually said no but it was better for my circumstances that I pretend to stay asleep.
