depression hitting me like a ton of bricks
no energy. no joy in doing things. barely motivated to even post this. had a 4 day weekend and spending time with visiting in laws on Friday has taken 2 days to recover and I'm still not there.
I'm 10w5d pregnant. hoping I can get the motivation to call the local counseling center and get reestablished.
I just want to sleep forever.
