Microchipping and neutering cats and dogs
It’s a legal requirement in the UK for dogs to be microchipped, but not for cats. Why do you think this is, and do you think it should be a legal requirement to chip all pets?
Also a more controversial question, should it be a legal requirement for regular pet owners (so not breeders) to neuter their dogs and cats, or is that taking it too far?
