What do I think? I have no opinion about what other people do if it's not affecting me or hurting anyone.

I didn’t vote because neither option is appropriate. No one is ever “JUST a mum”. The amount of work that goes into staying at home and full time parenting is insane. And it’s not like the only thing you are doing at home is parenting the child, it’s a full workload that doesn’t run on a 9-5 timeline. I tried it for a few months when I was still with my ex, drove me crazy.
And the other option, of being disgusting and a burden? Umm what? Where did you come up with that description? I don’t know anyone who would label a stay at home parent that way. 
Also neither apply to me so I have no say. I am a full time working mother to 3 children who I also have full time care of. I don’t get an option here, I have to work.

If you’re disgusted by someone not working you need to re-evaluate some things. It’s not anyone’s business unless you’re paying their bills.

I don't work.  I take care of the house and keep my man from losing his head.  I've made it clear I could get a job if he needs me to and he politely asked me to keep doing what I'm doing.

Why is it "disgusting" to stay at home??  my husband and i made a decision for me to be a stay at home mom.  just cause i dont leave the house for a job. im still working at home. Raising our children and most if house work.   i enjoy being a stay at home mom. no one else raising my kids and i see them everyday.
