I'm worried as my first pregnancy I didn't seem to have any symptoms and unfortunately I had a MMC around 5 weeks.

This time round I am obviously pretty nervy and not getting too excited before my scan.

I am just over 5 weeks and for the past few days I've had sore nipples and what look like stretch marks have appeared on my boobs 🤔 has anyone else had this?

Today... I've had sudden waves where I thought I was going to be sick and retched a little bit but have no been sick. it kinda comes and goes. Could this be morning sickness or is that more a constant feel of nausea and queezyness instead of just random waves of feeling I may be sick

Any advise very appreciated for a nervous mumma 🌈♥️
