How accurate is sneak peek? Think about getting it

I know two people it was wrong for, one was a false girl result and one was false boy result. You can’t contaminate a false girl result and my friend did it at 12 weeks so it wasn’t done too early either, she ended up going to her ob and getting the actual genetics testing at the same time and that test was correct (she did the sneak peek more for fun and to see if it’s actually accurate). I’m part of a mom group on fb and someone made a post about it and there were 50+ comments with wrong results or sneak peek told them they couldn’t get results from their blood even though it was taken after the 9 weeks. My friend got her money back but it wasn’t til after her baby was born & after she sent them in a copy of her sons birth certificate to show they were wrong. I’ve seen stories on my mom page where sneak peek wouldn’t give them their refund. All I know is it’s 100% not as accurate as they claim to be, just because it’s a bloodtest doesn’t make it as accurate as the one provided at your ob.

well it's a blood test so as long as you dont get the sample contaminated it's about as accurate as it can get

Super easy to contaminate the sample. You’re better off doing one of the blood tests offered by your doctor

The accuracy is really up to how well you follow instructions and whether u accidentally contaminate it. If your results say girl then you can basically know 100% its right, but if it says boy it could have been contaminated you wont really know for sure until they can see it on US
