Do you have Childless or Childfree friends?

Question

I only know a handful that actually chose it and more that are unable to have kids.
Were trying for 1st child & feel sad that those that do have kids, only hang with other moms. 😢

I do! Most my friends do not have kids!!! I have also been friends with all 3 of them for over 10 yrs.

I don’t see my child free friends very often, not because I don’t like them it’s just difficult. I’m home during the day and they are at work. Dinner time is difficult to do solo so generally both hubby and I try to be home for dinner and bedtime for the kids. My husband starts work super early and kids don’t sleep through the night so I can’t go out after kids are in bed because I need to get up with them through the night. A lunch date with a friend often coincides with nap time so it doesn’t work out very well.. etc
You get the idea.
It’s just a stage, and they say the best friends are the ones you don’t necessarily see all the time but when you do finally get that visit in you can pick up right where you left off :)

Only one of my friends has a child but I’m still pretty young. My best friend she doesn’t have one and we hangout almost everyday

Yes we do! We hang out with my husband's family and siblings a lot a couple of who aren't married and don't have kids and they have friends we hang out with also and we have friends who are single. When we all get together we do like a bonfire and everyone just hangs out.

We have both! Most of our friends have kids but we do have close friends that are single still and have no kids.
