Has anyone had what they thought was a chemical and ended up actually being pregnant? I am SO confused.

I went into hospital with an infection around 3 weeks ago I told them I was around 4 weeks pregnant and they did a test which came back negative. I’ve tested twice since and both came back negative I started bleeding and presumed it was a chemical pregnancy.

I’m bleeding again today but am having terrible sickness and sore boobs which aren’t my usual symptoms of AF. I was booked in to see midwife this Wednesday coming. Should I still go and tell them? Or would it just be a waste of time? It’s the sickness that’s bothering me more than anything as I’m not a sicky person at all and those few weeks I was it felt exactly like this.
