Weaning HELPPPP

Anyone weaning their breastfed babes? My LO will be a year old on the first and I have made several attempts at trying to wean him in the past three months and nothing is working. He eats a big breakfast in the morning, healthy snacks throughout the day and has a big dinner. He still comfort nurses and occasionally snacks. Like 3-5 minute feedings here and there. He also still has to be nursed to sleep. I need advice, tips, and tricks mommas! This is my first little dude and I need him off the boobs before his sister arrives. HELPPPP PLEASE
