I want to say yes, but the feminist in me is screaming that nobody should have to do any sex thing that they don’t want to do. Ever, under any circumstances. So I’m gonna say it’s situational. Some people might be grossed out by the thought of their mouth on someone else’s genitals. (In which case I would suggest dental dams, but that may not resolve the grossed out feeling.) Some people might be insecure about their ~skills~ or whatever. Some people just might not enjoy going down on a woman, and we shouldn’t tell them that’s not okay, because some women don’t enjoy going down on a guy and we should respect that as well. All sexual preferences need to be respected. HOWEVER, where I start to have an issue is when the guy wants constant blowjobs and wants his girl to constantly please him, but he refuses to give her oral or otherwise pleasure her in return. It doesn’t have to be an equal oral-for-oral exchange, but both partners need to be sure that the other is getting pleasured in return and both partners are getting their needs met. (Unless it’s some kind of kinky dom/sub situation, in which case there would have been an explicit consensual agreement beforehand about who gets what!)
Tl;dr: if a guy really doesn’t enjoy giving oral, that should be respected, just as we should respect if a girl really doesn’t like giving oral. HOWEVER, both partners need to reciprocate in whatever way they are comfortable and make sure their partner’s needs are being met!!
