Procardia and contractions ?

I’m 35 weeks and have been dilated to 1 for weeks. I’ve been having consistent contractions they gave me a shot last week to stop them and last night they started up again I had a dr app today and they done an NST he came in and said I was having contractions every 2-4 min and was giving me procardia to take every 6 hours for he next two weeks but the contractions haven’t changed my cervix any. Has anyone taken this before

I have contractions everyday and mines don’t change my cervix my doctor said it’s because they aren’t strong enough. I have taken it but it made my heart rate go up to 150 for 3 hours so was taken off of it.

Yeah I’ve been taking them every 4 hours for 5 weeks now, since 27 weeks. They’ll give you a horrible headache at first but your body gets used to it after awhile. They are taking me off once I get to 36 weeks.
