Dreams before a BFP?

I had a dream last night that I took two pregnancy tests and both came back postive. Has this happened to anyone else and gotten a bfp? the passed couple of days I've had light spotting, nausea, mood swings and left pelvic cramping. Just curious if its happened to anyone before? 😊

yup before I got both of my bfp I has a dream the night before that I took a test and it was positive!my first unfortunately was a chemical but I got my new bfp yesterday so I'm hoping this is a sticky little nugget! baby dust to you!
