My nose is stuffy and I have a sore throat and my head is pounding and I'm so tired 😩. I just want this to be over .

I’m not a medicine taker, I drink hot ginger/lemon/cinnamon/honey water.  Plus a tbsp of honey a couple times a day.  A humidifier helps too!

Hot compress on your head or a nice steamy shower to loosen the sinuses should help with the pain . I hate taking medicine but NyQuil will definitely help you sleep ! Also you could try a Neti pot for the sinuses too. Feel better soon!
