28 weeks uncomfortable...

ok so been having lots of pressure over the past couple of weeks which I know is normal. But yesterday I actually had almost like tmi petroleum jelly when I wiped. since there wasn't any blood streaking I didn't freak just took it easy. Had a little bit more about two hours later but my Braxton Hicks seemed to die down so went on to bed. This morning same thing as before but this time Braxton Hicks I'm assuming since around 5pm ....should I be worried?? what is all this??? this is not my first pregnancy but never experienced this before.
