could I become pregnant?

I'm 7dpo but for the past 2 days I've had this pain in my ovary area. it feels like ovulation pain but I ovulated a week ago. I never get ovulation pains this long after ovulation. I also have no history of ovarian cysts or PID. this is the first time this has ever happened like this. sometimes it's very uncomfortable and I had to take pain meds for it but it's not very extreme. could this mean I could become pregnant
