IVF+acupuncture

Hey everyone! I’ll be having my first IVF in two weeks. I’m ASL trying acupuncture. However I cannot afford the cost of all so instead of being on a “treatment plan” which requires two appointments/treatments per week plus herbal medicine, I am doing one treatment 1-2 weeks, plus herbal medicine. I am also taking Gluemetza(metformin), Dexamethasone and folic acid.

I have PCOS and have been trying to get pregnant since 2010. I also had 6 failed IUIs...

Any tips/suggestions to do/not to do to prepare for my first ivf?
