Help!!##

Ladies I got a positive on a first response test a few days ago and on a dollar store test.. I tested again today on dollar store test and the line is not darker... I went to the health dept for a pregnancy test on Tuesday and the line was there jus not in the 3 min time frame... Idk what's happening! Could it be my levels are jus taking longer or the 6 tests I have with faint lines are wrong. Also if you're having a chemical or miscarriage will you bleed!!! I have no bleeding!!! Only had a little spotting on the 5 th.period was due on the 4th..... Help me ladies if you have experienced this!!!
