Boyfriend got out of jail and said I'm pregnant

My boyfriend ended up going to jail because the med system failed him, but he has so much hate and think I did this to him on purpose. His mom commented how toxic this relationship is cause he's go from I love her to saying nasty things. We thought it was too much caffeine and no sleep making him this way but we think he might've snapped or is about to. He's been paranoid and acting different and praying a lot but extreme.
