misunderstood depression
how do I educate my boyfriend on depression and mental illness. he honestly has no idea how they work and is constantly saying "well you don't seem depressed" when im trying to be in a good mood for him. its really irrirating and I dont knoww how to make him understand that hes being hurtful.
