I FEEL UGLY AND OLD

Idk if it’s the nexplanon makin me feel ugly fat and old.. lately I just been feeling different.. anxious lazy moody sad not really happy... I don’t really feel a connection with my husband anymore. I get mad at my kids when they don’t listen and do things right.. I just wanna lay in bed all day or just eat. Could it be the nexplanon? I’m 24 years old is this normal to feel this way..? I really don’t know what other birth control method to use. I’ve tried the mirena I didn’t like it either.. I feel like a complicated person.
