Help!

Ok so I have the oddest question but I have 4 kiddos already and I did not have a single bit of nausea with either one of them. I have been trying now for a while to get pregnant one last time and it’s been hard we have had a few Chemical pregnancies and I finally had a normal cycle since them well I am 7 days from my start date and I have been having a lot of nausea no vomit or anything like like just nauseas and some mild cramping that comes and goes and bloated so bad so my question is does nausea come in go without vomiting
