This may be a stupid question but if I’m having round ligament pain can I put a heating pad on my stomach?

if you wrap it in a thin blanket or towel on a low setting only for a short period of time, it’s no different than sitting in a warm bath

I put it on my back and it helps. I typically just use ice packs on the front side.

I wouldn't risk it. Some doctors say it's okay, but most advise against it.

I personally wouldn’t as id feel like I’m heating up my baby lol just take some paracetamol and deal theirs gonna be a lot worser pains soon
