Two first names?

Ok, so my husband has 2 first names. His niece and nephew each have two first names, and they flow well together. But everyone only goes by their first name.

We are naming our son after my grandfather, and his great grandfather, Anthony John. We also want to include my husbands family name as the middle name and of course his last name.

So that’s 2 first names

A middle name

And a last name

Anyone do this? Is there really any issues that come with it? I’m debating on putting just one first name and two middle names but the point of naming him is after the two patriarchs of our families... maybe I’m just overthinking too.
