Anyone else having really bad pain in between their legs? I’m having really bad pain if I sit on the couch and get up it’s a horrible pain it’s also killing me to walk. Anything I can do for it? I’ll be 31 weeks tomorrow

Yes this is me so much. It’s the ligaments loosening for birth. Like the whole groin area. Feels like I’ve been spread open for HOURS. It’s awful. It even hurts to put pants on! Lifting my legs ):

Like in you vagina area or down you leg?

Yes but I have SPD, can't roll over, can't lift up my leg to get out of bathtub. My front pelvis area will also pop if I push it too far and it's so painful 😖

Could be SPD or pelvic girtle pain.
