CM and ovulation

Sorry it’s a little blurry but this was my cm on the 10th of this month, I was supposed to ovulate on the 4th? Does this mean I ovulated late? Does that mean I’ll start my period late. I was supposed to start my period yesterday and it hasn’t showed up. I took a test yesterday and it was negative.
