miscarriage

hi ladies!

I have just been told my fetus has no heartbeat. The recommendations are 1)wait and miscarry naturally

2) take a pill to induce miscarriage

I have not spoken to my family doctor yet but here is my dilemma, I am going on vacation with a girlfriend about a 3 hour drive from home. My partner is not going. I am nervous taking the pill will ruin my vacation and I won't have my partner to lean on as I experience my miscarriage. However, I want to start trying again as soon as possible. I don't really want to delay getting started again at all.

Can anyone speak to personal experiences they have had?
