Calorie count?
So I’m new to keto and currently I feel like the only thing I’m able to do to understand what I can and can’t eat is this app I’ve started using called KetoDiet. It does a great job counting carbs, proteins, fats, and giving percentages of each. It also counts calories and therefore gives me limits on calories and each of the three groups. Is this something I need to pay attention to? Or is it really just the percentages that matter? My calorie limit is like 1600 and I’m feeling hungry pretty often. I feel like I have to choose between breakfast and dinner and I am NOT liking it. Any advice appreciated! Thanks!!!
