I had a miscarriage June 16th. It was my first pregnancy and I was almost 6 weeks. I only bleed for 3 days. Doctor did a second ultrasound to make sure there was no tissues left and said everything looked good. I started spotting 2 weeks ago today (July 5th) and have been spotting on and off the past two weeks. I started feeling the same symptoms I had when I found out I was pregnant the first time at the beginning of the week. I took a test tonight and got this. I’m trying so hard to be positive and hopeful but I am terrified.
