Postpartum girdle?

Question

Which postpartum girdle did you use? Im almost 29 weeks and starting to think about getting my pre-pregnant body back. I’ve heard to use one but I’m not sure which would be best. Thanks!

I ordered the Bellefit postpartum girdle with my son and I LOVED it! I wore it all the time, except for when showering, and I was below my pre-pregnancy weight and my stomach was totally flat by 9 days postpartum. That was even with a 9lb baby!

I used the Upspring Shrinkx wrap I got on amazon. It worked well, but it wasn’t the most comfortable but it’s honestly not supposed to be. It’s supposed to be firm Enough to help compress the uterus and help it shrink back. I personally wasn’t all that consistent with wearing it to say if it 100% helped or not because with having a new baby and breastfeeding, it was hard to comfortably sit with it on. When I was up and about in my house, I had it on and it felt good, but it wasn’t something that I would have been able to wear in public because it would have been noticeable. I did like the support it gave me.

Belly bandit or Bellefit are both good. I wouldn’t recommend the ones that just wrap around your midsection if you’ve had a c section bc it’s super uncomfortable when it rubs on your incision. Both brands make a girdle that goes around your bottom and attaches to girdle.
