Pregnant again or left over hcg

I was 14 weeks pregnant when I had a d&c; due to genetic issues on June 25th. After surgery I only bled for 1 day and spotted on the 2nd. My husband and I had sex on the 3rd day and have been having sex since. I took a few pregnancy tests 3 days apart because I’ve been eating a lot. Is this positive? And do you ladies think it’s left over hcg or I could be pregnant again?
