Told early

I’m having a hard time when people ask if I’m pregnant. I seem to just blurt it out- even though it‘s early and I wasn’t planning on it. Feeling a bit frustrated that people ask to begin with and with myself for saying it when I didn’t necessarily want that person to know. :( anyone else have a similar experience?
