meant to be 11+2weeks,spotting, sub-chorionic haemorrhage

So I got up yesterday morning and as I sat up there was a small amount of dark red/brown blood on the bed I went to the toilet and wiped and the same, went to A&E; for bloods and urine came back normal(positive), was sent for a scan both external and internal, I’m meant to be 11weeks and 2days and from the scan only measuring at 6weeks and 3 days and that I had just the sac and a sub-chorionic haemorrhage and was told it was implanted lower than normal, I have spotted since even still now but it is dark and not a lot the lines are only a inch or so long but looks lighter when I wipe, I haven’t passed any clots or had any pain anyone been in the same situation? I’m beside myself with worry I just want to know what is happening I have to go back a week today for another scan?
